JoLene Lewis

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston University in 1989, and a Master of Arts in Teaching in 1996 from National-Louis University in Chicago. I have been teaching in the St. Vrain Valley School District since 1999. I was on the Planning Team for Blue Mountain, and have had a strong connection to this school and community ever since. I believe in what we are about, and the dedication of our staff to focus on “Every Child, Every Day.”  It is wonderful to teach in a school that has a collaborative, cohesive feeling. I spend my winter weekends skiing.  The rest of the year I like to ride my mountain and road bikes, hike, and anything else that sounds fun.  I can also be found at the Silver Creek High School football games biting my nails (when my son is on the field)  or watching my daughter take on her new adventure as a freshman volleyball player --- Go Raptors!
