Nelle Gallegos has worked in education for 24 years; the last 13 have been at Blue Mountain as the Dean of Students. Prior to teaching in St. Vrain, she was busy teaching handstands and cartwheels! Coaching gymnastics and managing a gym reinforced her love of teaching and built a solid foundation for the career she loves! She has three children; two grown and one still at home. She spends her spare time keeping up with her youngest's swimming "career", hiking, traveling and enjoying good books. She absolutely loves the work she does at Blue Mountain; being a small part of children growing, learning, and making sense of the world is an honor and gift.
