My name is Sarah Harris, and I am thrilled to be a part of the Blue Mountain community. This is my thirteenth year of teaching, all of which I have gratefully spent at Blue Mountain. I hold a BA in Elementary Education with a focus on Environmental Science from the University of Northern Colorado and an MA in Learning Design and Technology from the University of Colorado Denver.

I am dedicated to fostering a safe learning environment that empowers the whole child by making learning personal, meaningful, and relevant. Outside of teaching, I find balance by spending time with my family and friends, enjoying music, reading, cooking, and exploring the beautiful Colorado outdoors.
