We have had a great week!  Picture Day is always a fun adventure and this year was no exception!  If you still want to purchase the school pictures, please turn in your money by Friday.  

Have you asked your child about Genius Hour?  Be sure to ask them about what they are studying, what their focus question is, and who their intended audience is!  You will be very impressed with the variety of topics that students choose to research, and what their depth of knowledge is about their selected topic!  

Thank you to all families who were able to attend our recent Curriculum Night/Parent Update meeting and technology demonstration.  We appreciate the opportunity to partner with you in educating your children.  Please feel free to contact your child’s teacher at any time with questions!

Our 100 Mile Club is ready to get started for this school year!  We already have 87 students registered and are hoping to get more!  The first day is Monday, September 14, from 8:20-8:50 a.m.  Students should come to the back playground and check in with Ms. Pollock when they arrive.  100 Mile Club operates Monday – Thursday, rain or shine!  If the weather is bad then students will run inside.  Come one day a week, come 4 days a week – it is up to you!  Parents are welcome to join the fun! 

We have another great Spirit Night planned for next week!  Join your Blue Mountain friends at Noodles on South Hover for dinner between 4:00-8:00 and a portion of the money you spend will come back to our PTO!
